Cuajada-Style Caramel Custard
A Spanish-inspired baked milk custard with yoghurt tang and caramel topping.

100 g sugar, for caramel
2 tbsp water
400 ml whole milk
200 g plain yoghurt
3 eggs- 70 g caster sugar
20 g cornflour
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 pinch salt
