MoroccoBridge is a project founded and operated by Amai Abdelaziz. For questions about your information, email afkarokom@gmail.com or use Contact us and select Privacy request. Include only the details needed to identify your enquiry.

Information you choose to provide

The contact form records your name, email, topic, optional destination and request reference, message and submission time. The team uses those details to handle your enquiry and reply. This does not sign you up for marketing.

Programme enquiries also record travel preferences and contact details. Partner and employee workflows may include account, business or listing information. Do not include passwords, payment-card details, passport scans or sensitive medical records in a general enquiry.

Why information is processed

Information is used to answer enquiries, take requested steps toward an agreed service, operate accounts and protect the website. Depending on the task and applicable law, processing may rely on requested pre-contractual steps, legitimate operational interests or a legal obligation. Consent-based uses must be explained separately.

Access to contact enquiries is restricted to the Super Admin dashboard. A contact enquiry is not automatically sent to all tourism providers. If a service needs a provider to receive your details, the relevant sharing should be explained when arrangements are made.

Storage and retention

Contact enquiries are stored in the website’s hosted database. On new submissions, contact records older than 180 days are removed. Travel requests, account records and financial records have separate operational needs; ask the team about the record relevant to you.

Technical hosting and security services process connection information to deliver and protect the website. MoroccoBridge runs on hosted infrastructure using Cloudflare services. Processing locations and international transfer safeguards depend on the service and applicable arrangements.

Browser state, cookies and external services

Saved items are temporary for the current visit and clear on refresh or when you leave. Admin sign-in uses secure session cookies. Some account functions require necessary authentication cookies.

Weather and mapping features can involve third-party services. If you open or load an external map or website, that provider may receive connection information and applies its own privacy terms. This page does not claim that all external services have identical cookie behaviour.

Your choices and applicable rights

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, or object to certain processing. Rights depend on the circumstances and applicable law. You may also contact the relevant data-protection authority.

Send a privacy request to the team. We may need proportionate information to verify that the record belongs to you. Please do not send identity documents unless the team explains why they are needed and how to provide them securely.
