Light yeast doughnuts with jam, chocolate or lemon cream filling.

400 g plain flour
7 g instant yeast
50 g caster sugar
180 ml lukewarm milk
2 eggs
50 g softened butter
½ tsp salt
1 litre neutral oil, for frying
120 g jam, chocolate spread or thick lemon curd- 40 g icing sugar
