A familiar lemon cake for the tea table with a light citrus glaze.

180 g plain flour
150 g caster sugar
120 g softened butter
3 eggs
2 tsp baking powder
1 lemon, zest and juice
80 g plain yoghurt- 80 g icing sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice, for glaze
¼ tsp salt
