4. Review the agreed offer
Before confirming, check the provider, total group price and currency, exact departure and return arrangements, activity duration, inclusions, exclusions and cancellation terms. Ask for clarification if anything differs from the programme you expected.
The preview catalogue does not collect online payments. Any later payment instruction must belong to an agreed offer; never send card details or passwords through the contact form.
Changes, cancellations and weather
Contact the team with your request reference and the change you need. An approved service’s written cancellation policy determines any applicable deadlines and refund conditions. There is no single refund promise for every programme.
